GET VRLAND TERMS & CONDITIONS

General

1. By joining “get vrLand” on Bizverse World, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted all of terms and conditions in these get vrLand Terms. You also confirm that you accept and agree to be bounded by these get vrLand Terms.

2. When you submit your KYC information claim vrLand confirmation information, make sure you are using your real identity, the system will store, encrypt your credentials. No one can see your information, so you can safely provide the information to authenticate your account.

3. The provision of proofs (any images or PDF documents that are uploaded) must comply with these Terms and specifically cannot link to or contain any material or content that is pornographic, threatening, harassing, libelous, hate-oriented, harmful, defamatory, racist, xenophobic, or illegal. We reserve the right to moderate and/or delete any data that does not comply with these Terms..

4. Bizverse will not charge any fee when you do get vrLand (adjustable in the future).

Risks & Liability

5. Under no circumstances will Bizverse be responsible or liable to you or any other person or entity for any direct or indirect losses (including loss of interests, business or opportunities), damages, or costs arising out of or in connection with any risk identified above. This limitation of liability is in addition to the limitation of liability contained in the Bizverse Terms of Use.

Terms and policies for vrLand owners

6. Coming to Bizverse World, if you are the owner of vrLand, the land will be your own, no one can intrude, you will have the full right to decide what to build on your land, can be dream house that cannot be built in real life, you are free to decorate and arrange. But, it is necessary to follow the prescribed style of Bizverse, in order to keep the design intact so that the city is always brilliant and beautiful as described.

7. There is no limit to the number of land you can own.

8. vrLand owners will receive the following benefits:

- Mining to earn attractive rewards from Bizverse (BIVE, VRA, materials to redeem vrHome,...);

- Place ADS to earn;

- Build your own Metaverse Space;

- join minigames exclusively for Bizverse residents (pet raising, gift hunting,...);

- Staking;

- And many other attractive features will develop in the near future;

Technology disclaimers

9. Bizverse may, from time to time, suspend access to your Bizverse accounts and/ or the Bizverse services, for both scheduled and emergency maintenance. Bizverse will make reasonable efforts to ensure that transactions on the Platform are processed in a timely manner, but Bizverse makes no representations or warranties regarding the amount of time needed to complete processing, which is dependent upon many factors outside of our control.

10. Although Bizverse makes reasonable efforts to update the information on the Platform, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on the Platform, including information in relation to the Bizverse services, is accurate, complete, or up-to-date.

11. You are responsible for obtaining the data network access necessary to use the Bizverse services. You are responsible for acquiring and updating compatible hardware or devices necessary to access and use the Bizverse services, the Platform, and any updates thereto. Bizverse does not guarantee that the Bizverse services, or any portion thereof, will function on any particular hardware or devices. Bizverse services may be subject to malfunctions and delays inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications.

12. All terms and references used in these terms and which are defined and construed in the Bizverse Terms of Use, but are not defined or construed in these Terms, shall have the same meaning and construction in the Terms of Use.

13. These terms are to be read together with the Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and the Terms of Use, the order of precedence in which the documents are to be read is first these terms, and then the Terms of Use.

14. Bizverse will contact you using the details you provide to Bizverse. This may include contacting you by email, SMS, or telephone. Importantly, you must ensure that your contact details are correct and up-to-date. If your contact details change, you must let us know immediately. If you don't, Bizverse won't be liable if you miss out on information, notices, or other important information from Bizverse.

15. Bizverse may give notice by email to your email address. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address is up-to-date and accurate. Notices may be given, and are deemed to be received, if sent to your email address, whether or not a notice of delivery failure is received.

16. You may give us notices only as Bizverse directs, which may change from time to time.

17. Any notices, consent, or other communication given under these terms must be in writing, in English, and signed or otherwise authorized by the party giving it.
